The research aimed at the role of manufacturing clusters in increasing the capabilities and capabilities of small and medium enterprises and activating their role in achieving development in the State of Kuwait.
The results came to prove that at a level of significance of 0.05 there was a correlation and effect relationship between manufacturing clusters and the establishment of a quality concept for SMEs.
It was also clear that there is a correlation and impact relationship between the clusters of industrialization and the origin of the concept of integration with large projects, and the existence of a correlation and impact between the clusters of industrialization and the application of the principle of specialization and division of labor, as the results showed a correlation and impact between the clusters of industrialization and the achievement of cooperation and teamwork with small and medium enterprises, and the existence of a correlation relationship And influence among the clusters of industrialization and raising the capabilities and skills of craft workers, as well as the results showed that at the level of significance 0.05 there is a correlation and impact between manufacturing clusters and the activation of capabilities and capabilities of small and medium enterprises.
The study suggested supporting technical education to provide outputs of professionally qualified workers scientifically and practically, and providing regular and continuous periodic training, with the necessity of linking those projects with research centers, institutes and universities with the need to pay attention to achieving environmental compatibility, and the study also suggested paying attention to the administrative competencies of these projects and developing their capabilities In addition to the necessity of providing supporting systems, laws and legislations in support of these projects in the State of Kuwait.
