     Arab Countries including Yemen are suffering from the absence of the good governance , and corruption is an inevitable consequence of it's absence, and it was found that media have an exceptional role of exposing the corruption, establishing the basis of good governance through promoting public realization , and monitoring the performance of governmental institutions.

Therefore, this study is trying logically to evaluate the performance of non- governmental Yemeni Media (T.V channels) for treating the corruption by giving comprehensive unbiased information about the corruption. this evaluation will use the content Analysis of sample for news and non-news programs.

In conclusion, Yemeni media are not participating well of making general or public concept, even though availability of democratic environment at this time.
