Abstract

The studies aimed to examine the role of applying human resources information and human intellectual capital to achieve the competitive advantage in the Kuwaiti international companies, it focused on this relationship in terms of applications of human resources information systems (planning the human resources, designation, compensation, training and development, performance evaluation) as independent variables. Human intellectual capital (polarization, industry, activation, governorate) as intermediate variables. Achieving Competitive Advantage (Cost Leadership, Differentiation, Creativety) as Dependent Variables.The results came to demonstrate at level of significance (a ≤0.05) the existence of a relationship and influence between the element of human resource information systems applications, the element of human intellectual capital and the element of competitive advantage in Kuwaiti international companies and that is at a significant level (a ≤0.05).One of the most important assumptions of the study is the necessity for Kuwaiti international companies to pay attention to the applications of human resources information systems because of their importance in the efficiency and effectiveness of performance and through the interest as well as the elements of human intellectual capital because of their importance in providing distinct capabilities that contribute to achieving excellence, which leads to expanding the market share and maximizing its strengths, which achieves competitive advantage for its various activities compared to competitors.
