Abstract

Abstract: This study handled the Guarantees of creditors in the one-person company in Saudi Companies Law, this research paper aims to analyze the texts of the Saudi laws related to the subject matter of the study to highlight the strengths and weaknesses in relation to the subject matter. To this end, the researcher has used the descriptive analytical method. To achieve the purpose of this study, the researcher studied the statutory texts related to the Guarantees of creditors in the one-person company in Saudi Companies Law, based on the approach of analyzing legal texts with the help of jurisprudential opinions related to the topic. The study divided into three parts; the first part dealt with: the concept of a one-person company. As for the second chapter, we devoted it to company bankruptcy, third chapter we devoted it to the guarantees of the one-person company creditors. Finally, the researcher suggests several recommendations, which may contribute, to the enactment of laws in a more accurate manner.
