Abstract

This research aims to identify the reality of the event all of the performance appraisal system and the system of incentives through an exploratory study on a random sample of workers in the mill and the number (60) single The problem for the studying an attempt to answer the following questions : Q/ What is the impact of the use of assessment results on the performance incentives? Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire consisting of two axes: the axis of the first (10) questions about the performance evaluation the second axis consists of (7) questions about the incentives, were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. It was reached a number of results including the following: 1) It became clear that assessment of performance helps to get things done. 2) Research shows that it is using the results of performance evaluation as required within the mill. 3) there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the results of performance evaluation and incentives. 4) It became clear that there are some difficulties faced by the performance appraisal process within the mill.
