Abstract

This study aimed at developing the model of the knowledge society system and clarifying its components, relations and activities in achieving comprehensive sustainable development in different countries through the identifying and analyzing  of a number of helixes models and knowledge society system. The deductive and inductive approach and systems analysis  method were used for previous literature on helixes models and knowledge society system, enabling them to be analyzed and reconstructed towards the development of the proposed model for the development of knowledge society system. The study reached a number of results, including presenting a septuple model to develop the knowledge society system for producing knowledge and innovation, increasing productivity and achieving competitiveness in order to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development.
