Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to build a teaching method based on the rapid learning approach and its effectiveness in developing the levels of conceptual comprehension in jurisprudence among a sample of first-year secondary school students in Riyadh, consisting of (50) students. 25) students, who studied using the teaching method based on the rapid learning approach in jurisprudence, and the other was a control group, the number of its members was (25) students, who studied in the traditional way of teaching the jurisprudence course. To achieve the objectives of the research, a teaching method based on the rapid learning approach was built that includes a prescribed unit of study in jurisprudence, and a tool was prepared that consisted of testing the levels of conceptual comprehension in jurisprudence. After applying the search tool before and after, the search results showed the following: 1- Building a teaching method based on the rapid learning approach in jurisprudence for first graders of secondary school. 2- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the conceptual comprehension test in jurisprudence afterwards in favor of the mean scores of the experimental group. 3- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post applications of the conceptual comprehension test in jurisprudence in favor of the average post application scores. 4- The teaching method based on the rapid learning approach in jurisprudence is characterized by a high impact size and a statistically acceptable degree of effectiveness in developing all levels of conceptual comprehension in jurisprudence among first-year secondary students in Riyadh. In light of the research findings, a set of recommendations were mentioned, and a number of research and studies were suggested. Keywords: Teaching style - rapid learning - conceptual comprehension.
