Abstract

 


Many universities have been interested in teaching e-commerce, but some other universities did not pay enough attention to this topic. During the exploratory visits, it was noted that some colleges concerned with teaching e-commerce in universities suffer from some weaknesses in some aspects of community development in universities; This may be due to the low level of availability of e-commerce elements. The aim of the research is to identify the impact of e-commerce education on community development in Yemeni universities. The research community included deans of faculties, heads of departments and course instructors in universities, who numbered (35) academics. For the purpose of research, a questionnaire was designed and Distributing it to a stratified random sample using the statistical program (SPSS) The level of e-commerce education in community development in Yemeni universities was measured (Andalusia - Civilization - Queen Arwa), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the research reached the following results: There is a statistically significant effect of learning e-commerce on community development in Yemeni universities, and The level of availability of e-commerce education elements was medium, as the two dimensions of e-commerce courses education were high, and the e-commerce project adoption element was medium, and the availability of e-commerce application centers came in the last rank.
