Abstract

      Nearly a year and a half have passed since the Corona virus, which swept the whole world, and changed all the features and landmarks because of it, and millions were affected by it, between a mild infection and a severe or fatal injury, and about six months ago the world was preached about the discovery of safe and successful vaccines that were proven by a clinical trial and passed through stages. It is considered and approved by the World Health Organization because its effectiveness in preventing this epidemic has exceeded 90%, Thanks to God.

Despite all these positives and good tidings, there are still voices of disbelief regarding these vaccines, but they call for not taking the vaccination with warning and repulsion from it.

This research entitled “Taking the Corona Vaccine: A Legitimate View and a Medical Perspective,” Professor Dr. / Muhammad Hussein ElAid, came to reveal the extent of the seriousness of these calls, and the impact of these suspicions and rumors, indicating the importance of taking the vaccination and its legal permissibility, and responding to these suspicions and rumors, based on the jurisprudential vision. And the medical view, with the aim of mitigating the impact of this epidemic, contributing to reducing its risks, and making everyone aware of the epidemiological responsibility for this disease, while coordinating and intensifying efforts among the groups of society (security and health men, nurses, media and others).

As a result, I drew this research with a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. As for the preface, I made it include the definition of the topic and its importance. The first topic: it relates to the evidence and fatwas of scholars regarding the permissibility of taking the vaccine. As for the conclusion, it mentioned the most important results that it reached through the research, along with the most important recommendations.
