Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the obstacles facing the school administration in implementing entrepreneurship in post-basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. They were chosen randomly, and included five governorates, the study sample amounted to 555 individuals, including 124 administrators, and 431 post-basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman, they were randomly selected from five governorates (Muscat, Al Batinah North, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Buraimi, and eastern (south) The results of the study concluded that there are obstacles facing the school administration in implementing entrepreneurship in the schools of post-basic education in the Sultanate of Oman, arranged as follows: financial, cultural, material, technical, organizational, legislative, human, and to a high degree, and the study showed that there are statistically significant differences At the significance level (a≤0.05)) between the response of the study sample (males and females) in favor of females, and there were differences between the responses of the study sample members according to job title in the human obstacles axis, in favor of the administrators.
