الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسيّة في تطبيق ريادة الأعمال في مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في سلطنة عمان وسبل معالجتها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة الكترونية، مكونة من 60 فقرة، موزعة على ستة محاور، المعوقات البشرية، والمادية، والمالية، والتنظيمية التشريعية، والتقنية الفنية، والثقافية، بلغت عينة الدراسة 555 فردًا، متضمنة 124 إداريا، و431 معلما من مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في سلطنة عمان، تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، من خمس محافظات، (مسقط، والباطنة شمال، والداخلية، والبريمي، والشرقية جنوب) توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود معوقات تواجه الإدارة المدرسيّة في تطبيق ريادة الأعمال في مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في سلطنة عمان، مرتبة كالآتي: مالية، وثقافية، ومادية، وتقنية فنية، وتشريعية تنظيمية، وبشرية، وبدرجة مرتفعة ، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالةa≤0.05)) بين استجابة عينة الدراسة (الذكور، والإناث) لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حسب المسمى الوظيفي في محور المعوقات البشرية، لصالح الإداريين.
