Abstract

          The study aimed to identify the reality of small and medium industrial enterprises in the Republic of Yemen, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect information. Processing data by the statistical program SPSS. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: The results showed that the problem of financing, whether during the establishment or development of the project and helping it overcome its potential crises, is the main problem facing projects in the Republic of Yemen, As well as the weakness of the superstructure that supports the survival and development of projects and works to solve the obstacles they face and overcome enough difficulties, and there are difficulties related to the general economic situation, difficulties in providing suitable employment, and the penultimate difficulty related to the infrastructure and these obstacles are all directly related to governments, and the rest of the obstacles
