Constitutional building and public participation in Yemeni constitutions In the introduction, we talked about the importance of this study, not only in terms of its political aspect, but also in terms of its importance, especially after the emergence or the course of the recent constitutional waves that invaded many countries and these waves, within the strategic objectives for them, tried to impose a specific type Among the constitutions, the desires of small states were repelled, and with a basic aim as well, in which all the constitutional documents and all the norms and traditions that regulated power in them were ignored.



  • In the first topic: I talked about some general constitutional principles in constitutional law, their objectives, types, concepts, and contents. Then I talked about constitutional building and popular participation as it was mentioned in Yemeni constitutions during the ages of the ancient Yemeni kingdoms and the Islamic era.

  • In the second topic: g talked about the constitutional construction and public participation of the monarchy and with the emergence of the 1948 AD constitutional movement in the north and during the British colonial era in the south

  • In the third topic: I talked about the constitutional building and public participation after the development and establishment of the republican system on both sides

  • In the fourth topic: I talked about the constitutional building and public participation after the course of the Yemeni unity system in Yemen
