  • Title of the study: The Degree of Availability of the Learning Organization Dimensions in The Secondary Schools of Wadi Hadhramout from the Principals and Teachers Point of View

  • Problem of study: The problem of the study lies in the main question: What is the degree of availability of the dimensions of the well-Learning organization in secondary schools in Wadi Hadhramout from the point of view of managers and teachers?

  • Objectives of the study: The main objective of the study is to identify the degree of availability of the dimensions of the well-Learning organization in secondary schools in Wadi Hadhramout from the point of view of managers and teachers.

  • Methodology: In his study the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method.

  • Population of the study: All the secondary school managers and teachers in Wadi Hadhramout. They are 805 manager and teacher.

  • Sample of the study: A sample of 260 was chosen randomly from the population of the study.

  • Instrument of the study: The questionnaire was used to achieve the objective of the study. It consisted of seven dimensions (continuous education, dialogue and discussion, collaboration and collective learning, establishing systems for sharing knowledge and learning, empowering staff, correlating the school to the external environment, and strategic leadership. Validity and reliability were also tested.

  • Main results of the study: The main results the study has revealed are the following:

  • The degree of availability of the dimensions of the organization in secondary schools in Wadi Hadhramout on the intermediate sections of the questionnaire was medium with an average of (3,1365) and a standard deviation (0,62445), where the percentage was (62.73%).

  • There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the responses of the sample of the study on the fields and dimensions of study according to sex variable.

  • There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the responses of the study sample are due to the variable of the work nature for principais.

  • There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the responses of the sample on the fields and dimensions of study according to variable of number of years of experience.
