Abstract

The objective of the present study was to identify the level of altruistic behavior among kindergartens and the relationship between them and their tolerance in the Qassim region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of kindergarten teachers was selected in Al-Qassim region with 225 teachers, and Development of two measures: altruistic Behavior Scale and Tolerance Scale, and the application of the parameters on the teachers in several schools during the academic year 2018- 2019, and the results of the study to the existence of a level of altruistic behavior and tolerance of teachers, and self-tolerance was high, and found that there is a relationship of positive correlation Between tolerance and altruistic behavior of teachers, tolerance and altruistic behavior is better for female teachers than married female teachers. Based on the results of the study, some recommendations were made, including attention to the variables of altruistic behavior and tolerance and measurement among teachers in kindergartens.
