Abstract

The researcher intends, through reading and deep thinking in Abdullah Al-Baradoni's poetry to examine the poetic experience and the place space in his poetry, especially Sana'a and its repetitions with its features and dimensions. He also intends to reveal the place phenomena, its features and dimensions in Al-Baradoni's poetry, Sana'a as a symbol through a critical and analytical reading despite the fact that the numerous number of places and its variations and the places which are either real or imaginative places related to the views and storage of the poet that touches the imagination of dears. A number of dimensions as the psychological, beauty, civilized and revolutionary ones were included in his poetical experience. Moreover, the reflections and backgrounds of place and its relationship with Al-Baradoni were pointed out. It is hoped that this study will participate in revealing an important area from Al-Baradoni's poetic experience. The analytical and descriptive method is adopted in this research which enabled the researcher to follow and analyze the literary text in its internal body.
