Abstract

This research discusses the Arab cultural cooperation during the period (1919-1964).The emergence of this cooperation has been addressed and the first Arab cultural treaty in 1945 has been clarified. The discussion includes the Arab cultural conferences; the presentation of the first Arabization conference in 1961 and the analysis of the Arab cultural unity charter in 1964.
