Abstract
The research aims to analyze the Alshaid Abdullah Alloquia school through the systems approach. It attempted to investigate the reality of the schooling system through studying the different subsystems in the schools. It study the context, inputs, process and outputs. The study investigated how these components of the system interact with each other to achieve the objective on the schools. It identified some negative and positive indicators as well as some needs to help school to achieve its goals. The needs identified by the study but not limited are support attractive internal school environment because the external environment of school is not supporting schooling due to its neighborhood to local market and cars’ parking area. In addition, the school is in need to be supported with additional qualified staff as well as with infrastructure for science lab and library. Another issue there is unbalance between the responsibilities and duties of the school principle. The study recommended that the school needs to be supported with required infrastructure and staff to enable it achieving its aimed goals.
