Abstract

This study aimed design a product to sell commercial paper in accordance with Islamic law and controls this thought the development of controls for the legitimacy of the product hmausury and any other legitimate by the legal opinion on the controls and the legality of this product, which is an alterative to the deduction Halal trade securities based on the benefits legally prohibited usury. The curriculum that they have used at this study is the describing curriculum to answer for kinds of studies that count (32) people of the controls and the legality of the Islamic banks in Yemen that they have chosen for their kinds and also the controls and the legality are the people who have chosen the Islamic laws for banks service that most of banks gave for Islamic banks. Through the answers that contain (32) type spread to seven changes: The scientists made search for answering the kinds of the program (SPSS) and also for the exam of (t-test) to get out the medal count and also the cost of the level and to compare between the medal cost and the medal supposed for each kinds, At last this study arrive to the truth result that they can sell the commercial paper by non- debater ( the bank) is legitimate according to the controls away form the legitimacy of usury and ignorance any of the propitiations of the legitimacy of the other's point of view ooze board in Islamic banks in Yemen
