Abstract

This study is under the title of “The constitutional formulating to the scheme of the new constitution”. It aimed to give an idea about the difficulties which the formulating’ committees face during their job. The formulating committees are in need to academic experts in many branches of science of law and knowledge. The plan of research consists of:  An introduction: in which we explain the aim of the research and its problem and its method.  The first chapter: it gave an idea about the formulating concepts. It also gave an idea about the importance of the constitutional formulating. We spoke in that chapter about the conditions of the committee, where they must have academic and experimental skills.  The second chapter: in that chapter we explained the constitutional principles and the practical use of them in Yemen experiment. In that chapter we exposed all the political systems during the Yemen history. We showed in that chapter how the principles and rules were executed, in different ages.  The third chapter: in it we gave an idea about the new constitutional scheme of Yemen republic. We explained our critical views about some rules and principles in that constitution, we stopped in front many of them and tried to choose what are suitable or unsuitable according to our history and our circumstances.  The conclusion: it included all the results which we reached to it, and our recommendations.
