Abstract

      This study aims to identify the impact of the Electronic Management in improving the performance of employees in university of Science and Technology, Yemen,


In this respect, the descriptive study is used and applied on Employees community at the University of Science and Technology, the result of analysis unit on individual level including (855) Employees in university, the un relative randomly sample has been selected the total of sample  size 265  Employees, the data collected from 221 Questionnaires in which involving 59 Paragraphs as a means to primary data of sample, then the data were using analyzed in software program ( Spss) using (repetition, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, the mono test analysis ( also ) (F-Test) This study concluded several of findings as follows:



  • The findings is showed that there are statistically significant for electronic management to improve performance in University of Science and Technology, the average stood at 827 The degree of approval 76.5%

  • The researcher conclude that the highest percentage of the axes of the elements of electronic management hub networks, as the arithmetic average of the year for this axis 191 and 83% Followed by hardware and equipment axis and arithmetic average 4.002 and 80 % Followed by the axis of software (programs , books) averaging arithmetic 3.716 and 47.3% .Followed by the axis of knowledge makers (human resources),where the arithmetic average 3.639 and 72.8% .Finally , information systems averaging arithmetic 3.588 and 71.8% .



  1. A positive relationship statistically significant for electronic management of the five dimensions (hardware and equipment software (computer programs), communication networks, knowledge - makers (computer programs), Information Systems), the performance of employees in University of Science and Technology, Yemen, it is obvious that whenever the electronic management increased five dimensions whenever workers improving performance in University of Science and Technology.



  • The researcher concludes that community is seeking for attract capable young to adapt the changes and cope up with evolution, where the majority of the sample was from the age group of (30 to 35) Year.



  1. The results showed that there is an improvement to the axis of performance where the general arithmetic average to this axis 440 and 88.8. %.This indicates that there is an improvement to the performance of employees at the University of Science and Technology.

  2. The researcher also concluded that the study population seeks to attract capable young human to adapt the changes and come up with evolution, where the majority of the sample was from the age group of ( 30 to 35 ) Year.
