Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the role of ERP systems in improving the quality of management information in Yemeni telecommunications companies, by showing the nature of enterprise resource planning systems and aspects of improving the quality of management information and the success factors of these systems. During the distribution of (67) copies of the questionnaire list to a random sample of workers in the field of information systems in Yemeni telecommunications companies, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is an important role for ERP systems in improving the quality of administrative information in Yemeni telecom companies.
