الملخص

All that seen of constructions and buildings, which made by human, hurt the sight of the observers and it’s considered as a visual pollution.With the passage of time and repeated its presence, it loses the senses of its beauty values and the upscale sights of constructions.

Their presence is a material contaminated with abnormal incompatible with the surrounding other elements.

The reasons forthe disfiguration arenegligence, misuse, not to look after the public facilities, and a fail in the technical design beside the practice of wrong behaviors.

Moreover, the financial resourcesplay a very important part in spread and regression of the disfiguration of the cities.

The old city of Mukalla has a beautiful tourist and heritage features.

These features hold aesthetic views and maritime sight, but this aesthetic image is exposed to deformation and visual pollution.

Matter requires as visual study and an analysis and documentation of the foreclosure situation problems.

This Study is following the descriptive and analytical method of the assumed information from the visits to the old city.

The search completes with a set of results and recommendations to reserve the city of distortion, physical of visual pollution, and to keep the beautiful image of the rich old city and its distinctive character.
