الملخّص:
التّدافع سنّة الله بين خلقه منه تنبثق الدّول وتظهر الجماعات وبه تتحدّد الملامح الحضاريّة لكلّ أمّة، هذه الملامح يصغها فرسان الكلمة أصحاب الفكر المتجدّد، وتستمرّ بهم المعالم الحضاريّة بتعاقب الأزمان على الأمّة جيلاً بعد جيل، تراهم في كلّ ميدان يذبُّون عنها، مثبتين أحقيتها الحضارية ورسوخها على مرّ العصور، وهو ما يستدعي الباحثين للوقوف على مثل أعمال هؤلاء الفرسان، لبيان أهميّته وعظيم أثره، وتكمن أهميَّة الشّخصية موضوع الدّراسة بأنّها إحدى الشّخصيات المجدِّدة التّي صالتّ وجالتّ في ميادين مختلفة، صاحبها ثَبْتٌ في رأيه، واضح في طرحه، من النّاس من يعدّه الأوّل في مجاله لآخر مائة سنة ومنهم من عاداه وعادى فكره، وموطن المشكلة تضارب الآراء واختلاف القبول، حيث خطّ الشّيخ نهجه متوسّطاً بين نقيضين، أوّلهما النّموذج المنبطح المستكين للمسلم دون اعتبار لعزّته وكرامته وثانيهما التّطرف الأهوج الذي لا يراعي مآسي المسلمين ولا ينظر بعين العواقب ولا يعنيه إلّا معاداة الجميع وحربهم جميعاً، استرعى هذا النّهج انتباه الباحثة فعزمت أمرها على الخوض في لججه، تتناوله تباعاً من زوايا شتّى، إحداها ما سيأتي في السّطور القادمة، حيث تسعى الباحثة إلى تحرير القضيّة موضع البحث (التّحضر ومقوّماته في فكر القرضاوي) من زاويتين اثنتين، الأولى هي تحديد وتحليل نظريّة فقه التّجديد والتّحضر وأسسها عند القرضاوي والثانية هي إيضاح الجوانب والمقوّمات التّجديدية في فقه التّحضر لدى القرضاوي، مستخدمة بذلك المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي القائم على وصف المشكلة موضوع البحث والعمل على تجزئتها وتحليلها، لتخلص الباحثة إلى عدّة نتائج على رأسها تبويب مجموعة الضّوابط التّي تبنّاها القرضاوي للحفاظ على فقه التّحضر الإسلامي وثباته أمام المتغيّرات مع الانفتاح على العالم انطلاقاً من ثوابت الدّين الرّاسخة التّي جاء بها الرسول "صلى الله عليه وسلم".

Abstract:
The interaction of divine decree among His creation gives rise to states, and groups emerge, defining the cultural features of each nation. The knights of the word, the creators of innovative thought shape these features. The cultural characteristics persist through them as the ages unfold, generation after generation. You see them in every field, affirming their cultural legitimacy and stability across the ages. This necessitates researchers to examine the works of these knights, highlighting their importance and profound impact.
The significance of the study lies in focusing on a renewing personality that traversed various fields. Its owner is firm in his opinion, and clear in his presentation. Some consider him the foremost in his field for the last century, while others oppose him and challenge his ideas. The crux of the issue lies in the conflicting opinions and varying acceptance.
The Sheikh follows a middle path between two extremes. The first is the submissive model of Muslims without regard for their dignity, and the second is the extremist approach that disregards the suffering of Muslims, pays no attention to consequences, and is only concerned with opposing everyone and waging war against all.
This approach has caught the researcher's attention, prompting her to delve into it. She tackles it from various angles, one of which will be discussed in the following paragraphs. The researcher seeks to address the research topic (Civilization and its Components in the Thought of Al-Qaradawi) from two perspectives. The first is to identify and analyze the theory of renewal and civilization in Al-Qaradawi's jurisprudence, and the second is to clarify the renewal aspects and components in Al-Qaradawi's jurisprudence, using the descriptive-analytical method based on describing the research problem, segmenting and analyzing it. The researcher arrives at several results, including the categorization of the guidelines adopted by Al-Qaradawi to preserve Islamic civilization and its stability in the face of changing circumstances while embracing the world, based on the solid religious principles brought by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
