الملخص:
أهداف البحث: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى:
● مدارسة تفاعل الفكر الإسلامي مع النوازل قديما وحديثا، وفق ما أملته اللحظة الواقعية لدخول هذا الفيروس حياة البشرية وحاضر الأمة دون استئذان.
● محاولة التناول التاريخي والراهن لفقه التعاطي مع هذه الجائحة، من خلال السعي لرصد فتاوى بعض أهل العلم مؤسسات وأفراداً.
إشكالية البحث: تتناول إشكالية هذا البحث السؤال الآتي:
إلى أيّ مدى كشفت جائحة كورونا عن وعي جديد بخطاب راهن يُبرز قدرة الفكر الإسلامي على تفكيك الظواهر الـمُستجدّة وإعادة ضبطها شرعياً بما يُلائم طرائق معالجتها ويحقّق المقاصد المرجوّة من تناولها؟
منهج البحث: اعتمدت هذه الدراسة منهجين متداخلين هما المنهج التاريخي والتحليلي، بما يحقق تتبع بنية الموضوع وتشابكاته.
نتائج البحث: أكدت هذه الدراسة على حيوية الفكر الإسلامي وفعاليته وقدرته على التطور والمشاركة والتعاون من أجل مواجهة مشكلات البشرية ومعالجتها.

Abstract:
Research objectives: This study aims to:
• Studying the interaction of Islamic thought with unprecedented incidences, past and present, as dictated by the realistic moment when this virus entered the life of humanity and the umma without warning.
• Addressing the historical and current jurisprudence of dealing with this pandemic, by seeking to monitor the fatwas of some scholars, institutions and individuals.
Research problem: The problem of this research deals with the following question:
To what extent has the Corona pandemic revealed a new awareness of a current discourse that highlights the ability of Islamic thought to dismantle emerging phenomena, re-set them Islamically with an appropriate method and realize the anticipated objectives of this process?
Methodology: This study adopted two overlapping approaches, the historical and the analytical, in order to track the structure of the subject and its intertwining.
Results: This study confirmed the vitality and effectiveness of Islamic thought and its ability to develop, participate and cooperate in order to confront and treat human problems.
