تقييم جودة ممارسات التدريس لدى المدرسين في مدارس محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان Evaluating the Quality of Teachers’ Teaching Practices in the Schools of the South Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman الباحثة / فاطمة بنت صالح بن علي المقبالي هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة ممارسات التدريس لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمحافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعد ملائما لطبيعة وأهداف هذا البحث، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي مدارس سلطنة عمان للعام الدراسي 2020 و 2021، طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (383) معلم ومعلمة من محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء أداة الدراسة وهي عبارة عن استبانة مكونه من 19 فقرة، تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة، ولتحليل استجابات أفراد العينة تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات SPSS، كما تم إجراء مناقشة النتائج بطريقة وصفية وفقا لاستجابات عينة الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن جودة التدريس بشكل عام حسب آراء معلمين جنوب الباطنة حصلت على درجة موافق بدرجة كبيرة وهذا يدل على أن معلمين جنوب الباطنة لديهم جودة في التدريس بدرجة كبيرة. وكذلك لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لممارسات جودة التدريس لدى مدرسي جنوب الباطنة تعزي لمتغير النوع والخبرة والمؤهل الدراسي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بنشر ثقافة جودة التدريس بين أعضاء هيثة التدريس بمدارس سلطنة عمان، ووضع أسس ومعايير واضحة لقياس جودة التدريس في مدارس السلطنة، والعمل على تأمين جميع متطلبات جودة التدريس في مدارس السلطنة. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of teaching practices of teaching staff members in Al-Batinah South Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach as it suits the nature and objective of this research. The study community included all school teachers in the Sultanate of Oman in the academic year 2020 - 2021. The study was implemented on a random sample of (383) male and female teachers from Al-Batinah South Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study inventory was built; which is a questionnaire of 19 items distributed to the study sample. SPSS software was used to analyze the responses of the study sample. The study results were discussed in a descriptive way based on the responses of the study sample. The study concluded that the teaching quality, in general, showed a high degree of contingency from the perspective of Al-Batinah South Governorate’s teachers; which means that they have a high level of teaching quality. The results also showed no statistically significant differences for teaching quality attributable to the variables of gender, experience, and academic qualification.
