ملخص البحث :
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وحصر وتوجيه لمواضع القراءات الواردة عن التابعي الجليل يحيى بن وثَّاب (ت:103هـ) _ رحمه الله تعالى _"من أول سورة الحج إلى آخر القرآن الكريم"-جمعًا وتوجيهًا-،
بإبراز وجوه حفظ القرآن الكريم بتتبع القراءات الواردة عن الإمام يحيى بن وثَّاب، والتعريف بمكانته، وبيان جهوده في خدمة علم القراءات الشاذة عن طريق عناية المفسرين واللغويين بإيراد قراءاته وتوجيهها والاحتجاج لها من خلال كتب القراءات واللغة والتفسير.
تم تقسيم البحث إلى: تمهيد، ومقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة تضمنت أبرز النتائج وأهم التوصيات، أما المبحث الأول: فقد احتوى على أربعة مطالب، هي:
المطلب الأول: اسمه، ونسبه، وكنيته، ومولده، ونشأته.
المطلب الثاني: شيوخه، وتلاميذه.
المطلب الثالث: مكانته العلمية، وثناء العلماء عليه.
المطلب الرابع: وفاته.
واحتوى المبحث الثاني على:
" القراءات الواردة عن التابعي الجليل يحيى بن وثَّاب (ت:95هـ) _ رحمه الله تعالى-"
وكان من أهم نتائج البحث ما يلي:
- عدم استيعاب بعض المصادر التي وصلت إلينا قراء كثير من الأوجه القرائية في شواذ وانفرادات القراء، فانفرد الإمام يحيى بن وثَّاب في بعض الأوجه، ونسب له مع غيره البعض الآخر.
- سعة علم واطلاع الإمام يحيى بن وثَّاب، فقد كان إمام زمانه في القراءة والإقراء، حيث وافقت قراءة الإمام يحيى بن وثَّاب بعض القراءات المتواترة.
- وافقت قراءة الإمام يحيى بن وثَّاب العربية ولو بوجه والرسم ولو احتمالاً، إلا أنها لم تبلغ التواتر.

Abstract
This research aims to study, compile, and analyze the readings attributed to the esteemed Tabi’i Yahya bin Waththab (d. 103 AH) from the beginning of Surah Al-Hajj to the end of the Quran—collection and interpretation. The study highlights the preservation of the Quran by tracing the readings narrated from Imam Yahya bin Waththab, recognizing his scholarly status, and examining his contributions to the study of irregular (shadhdh) readings through the attention given by exegetes and linguists in documenting, interpreting, and supporting his readings in books of Qira’at (recitations), language, and Tafsir (exegesis).
The research is divided into an introduction, a preface, two main chapters, and a conclusion that presents the key findings and recommendations, followed by a general index.
The second chapter focuses on:
“The Readings Attributed to the Esteemed Tabi’i Yahya bin Waththab (d. 95 AH)”
The most important findings of the research are:
1. Some of the sources available to us did not fully document the diverse recitations of many narrators, particularly in cases of rare and individual readings. Imam Yahya bin Waththab had unique readings in some instances, while in others, his readings were attributed alongside those of others.
2. Imam Yahya bin Waththab possessed vast knowledge and expertise, being a leading authority in recitation and instruction of the Quran. His readings coincided with some of the well-established mutawatir readings.
3. His readings aligned with Arabic linguistic principles, at least in one aspect, and with the Uthmani script, at least as a possibility. However, they did not reach the level of mutawatir transmission.
