الملخص

The study sought to assess the quality of educational services in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the University of Science and Technology in Yemen from the students' points of views. In addition, it examined the difference in opinions among students on quality as related to gender, study levels and area of specialization. The study applied the quantitative research approach, where the questionnaire was the tool for collecting the data. The population was 481 students from which 350 students were selected as a sample. The researchers used the descriptive statistics to examine the level of quality but T-Test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were used to test the differences among respondents on the level of quality. Moreover, the Pearson's Correlation analysis employed to find out the magnitude and direction of relationships among the quality dimensions. The results showed an acceptable level of quality services in general and for its different dimensions. The researchers recommend further studies on the topic in the various colleges and universities to enrich the field of quality services and to have better understanding for the nature of quality services required in Yemen.
