مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية في مستشفى جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا اليمنية The level of quality of working life at the Yemeni University of Science and Technology Hospital د. محمود عبده حسن العزيزي الباحثة/ صبرية عبده حسن العزيزي الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية، في مستشفى جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا اليمنية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي (دراسة الحالة)، واقتصرت الدراسة على جميع العاملين في مستشفى جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا (طبي وإداري) والبالغ عددهم (1150) فردا، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة منهم عددها (297) فردا، تمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: - حصلت جودة الحياة الوظيفية بشكل عام على مستوى (متوسط)، حيث حصل بعد بيئة العمل المادية على الرتبة الأولى بمستوى عالي، وحصلت بقية الأبعاد على مستوى متوسط وفقا للترتيب الآتي: (الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي، توازن الحياة الشخصية والاجتماعية، العلاقات الإنسانية والاجتماعية، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، نمط القيادة والإشراف، فرص الترقية والتقدم الوظيفي، الأجور والمكافآت). - قبول الفرضية التي تنص على أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية تعزى للمتغيرات الآتية (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، طبيعة العمل، المسمى الوظيفي، سنوات الخدمة). الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة الحياة الوظيفية، مستشفى جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا اليمنية.
