درجة امتلاك طلبة الجامعات اليمنية للمهارات الريادية لسوق العمل في ضوء مبادئ التعليم الريادي The Degree to which Yemeni Universities Students Possess Entrepreneurial Skills for the Labor Market In Light of the Principles of Entrepreneurship Education د. عبد الملك محمد يحيى شاكر* د. غالب صالح مطر** ملخص البحث هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على درجة امتلاك طلبة الجامعات الحكومية اليمنية للمهارات الريادية لسوق العمل في ضوء مبادئ التعليم الريادي ومعوقات امتلاكها، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالتطبيق على عينة من الجامعات الحكومية اليمنية وهي(صنعاء، عدن، الحديدة، ذمار وصعدة)، وقد تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من(43) مهارة، شملت: (مهارات شخصية، مهارات التفكير، مهارات تكنولوجية، المهارات الاجتماعية، مهارات تطبيقية)، وطبقت على عينة من الطلبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية بلغ حجمها (400) طالباً وطالبة، وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: أن درجة امتلاك طلبة الجامعات اليمنية للمهارات الريادية لسوق العمل في ضوء مبادئ التعليم الريادي جاءت متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي(3.14)، وانحراف معياري (0.982)، ونسبة مئوية بلغت(63%)، كما تبين وجود معوقات تعيق طلبة الجامعات اليمنية من امتلاك المهارات الريادية لسوق العمل كانت بدرجة مرتفعة جداً، وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (84%)، وتبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) حول درجة امتلاك طلبة الجامعات اليمنية للمهارات الريادية لسوق العمل تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، بينما تبين عدم وجود فروق تبعاً لمتغير التخصص ومتغير الجامعة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المهارات الريادية لسوق العمل- مبادئ التعليم الريادي - طلبة الجامعات اليمنية Abstract: The goal of the current research is to identify the degree to which Yemeni public universities students possess entrepreneurial skills for the labor market in light of the principles of entrepreneurial education and the obstacles to their possession. The descriptive analytical approach was used, by applying it to a sample of Yemeni public universities, which are (Sa.na,a, Aden, Hodeidah, Dhamar and Sa.adah). It was developed consisting of (43) skills, which included: (personal skills, thinking skills, technological skills, social interaction skills, applied skills), It was applied to a sample of students who were selected by cluster randomization, with a size of (400) male and female students. One of the most prominent results of the research was that the degree to which Yemeni universities students possess entrepreneurial skills for the labor market in light of the principles of entrepreneurial education was average, with an arithmetic mean of (3.14), and a deviation Standard (0.982), and percentage reached (63%), It was also shown that there were obstacles that hinder Yemeni universities students from possessing entrepreneurial skills for the labor market, which were to a very high degree, with a percentage reaching (84%). It was also shown that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) regarding the degree to which Yemeni university students possess entrepreneurial skills for the labor market depending on for the gender variable, and in favor of males, while it was found that there were no differences depending on the specialization variable and the university variable.
