Research Abstract Contracts and agreements are among the most important sources of commitment that happen between individuals, whether natural or legal. Therefore, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been keen to ensure the stability of this type of transaction and control it following a clear regulatory law that guarantees the preservation of the rights covered by those contracts. As those contracts have pillars the contract must be formulated according to them to avoid becoming a victim of invalidity, and due to this extreme importance, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued the documentation law under Royal Decree No. M / 164 dated 11/19/1441 AH, which aims to ensure the stability of the contractual ecosystem within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As an explanation of the importance of this law, this research came under the title: Documentation and Its Impact on the Validity of Contract, An Analytical Study by the researcher: Muhammad bin Ali Asiri. This research is to analyze the documentation law and explain its role in ensuring the stability of the contractual process, and to highlight images of the importance of the law, its impact, and its role in preserving rights and the stability of the contractual process, and its economic and social impact.
