درجة توفر الكفايات الرقمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية بالجامعات اليمنية في ضوء التحول الرقمي The Degree of Availability of Digital Competencies Among Faculty members in the Faculties of Education in Yemeni Universities In the Light of Digital Transformation د. عبد الملك محمد يحيى شاكر* ملخص البحث: هدف البحث التعرف على درجة توفر الكفايات الرقمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية بالجامعات اليمنية ومعوقات استخدامها في التعليم، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم إعداد استبانة مكونة من(45) فقرة تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع البحث من (24) كلية تربية، تم اختيار(7) كليات ممثلة، تضم (920)عضو هيئة تدريس، تم اختيار عينة منهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة بلغ حجمها(120)عضواً، وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث ما يلي: حصل محور الكفايات الرقمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية بالجامعات اليمنية على درجة توفر مرتفعة، وبمتوسط حسابي(3.45)، ونسبة مئوية(69%)، وجاءت المعوقات التي تعيق أعضاء هيئة التدريس من استخدام الكفايات الرقمية في التعليم بدرجة مرتفعة، وبمتوسط حسابي(3.96)، ونسبة مئوية(79.2%)، كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى(0.05) حول درجة توفر الكفايات الرقمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية بالجامعات اليمنية ومعوقات استخدامها في التعليم تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، ومتغير الدرجة الأكاديمية، بينما توجد فروق تبعاً لمتغير التخصص لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس ذوي التخصصات العلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفايات الرقمية- أعضاء هيئة التدريس – كليات التربية.
