الملخص:
يعد الوقف من أعمال البر والخير التي تلعب دوراً محورياً في تحقيق التكافل والتضامن بين المسلمين مما جعله القطاع الاقتصادي الثالث بعد القطاع الحكومي والخاص، هدف البحث إلى بيان كيفية تطوير الإدارة الوقفية، والارتقاء بها بما يحقق أهداف الواقفين وحاجة الموقوف عليهم، وتكون البحث من مبحثين، تضمن المبحث الأول معنى التدابير والتقادم، وبيان الأسباب والمظاهر التي تؤدي إلى تهالك الوقف أو اندثاره؛ ومن ثم تعطل نفعه؛ وإلى إيجاد الطرق والتدابير المعالجة لهذه الآفة في محاولة جادة لتجديدها وإعادتها إلى دورها في التنمية الشاملة.
وتضمن المبحث الثاني التنمية المستدامة ودورها في تحقيق تنمية الوقف ومساهمته في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة للدولة، وذكر بعض النماذج والأساليب المعاصرة التي حققت نجاح في تنمية الوقف والحفاظ عليه.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إمكانية تنمية الأموال الوقفية تنمية مستدامة وبطرق ابتكارية حديثة، والاستفادة من نماذج تطبيقية وقفية حديثة مبتكرة بعد دراستها؛ لتجنب الأخطاء وضمان عدم تعريضها للمخاطر.
كما توصلت أيضاً بأنه يمكننا الإفادة من الأسهم والصكوك البنكية كأدوات تمويلية حديثة، وإيجاد مصادر تمويلية جديدة، وعدم إغفال دور الإدارة الوقفية وأخذها بعين الاعتبار.

Abstract
The endowment is one of the acts of righteousness and goodness that plays a pivotal role in achieving interdependence and solidarity among Muslims, which made it the third economic sector after the government and private sector. Due to the importance of the endowment, this research paper was conducted. and the research consists of two topics.
In the first topic, the female researcher began by mentioning the meaning of measures and prescription, and explaining the reasons and manifestations that lead to the endowment's depreciation or extinction. Hence, its benefit is invalidated; and to find ways and measures to treat this scourge in a serious attempt to renew it and return it to its role in comprehensive development. The research also aimed at how to develop the endowment (Waqf) management and upgrade it to serve the needs of the creators of endowment and beneficiaries of endowment.
In the second topic, she investigated sustainable development and its role in achieving the development of the endowment and its contribution to achieving the comprehensive development of the state, and mentioned some contemporary models and methods that achieved success in developing and preserving the endowment.
The study concluded that the endowment (Waqf) funds can be developed in a sustainable manner and in modern innovative ways, and benefit from modern and innovative application models after studying them. To avoid mistakes and ensure that they are not exposed to risks.
It also concluded that we can benefit from bank stocks and instruments as modern financing tools, create new financing sources, and not neglect the role of endowment management and take it into consideration.
