الملخّص
تعد الجامعة ركنا أساسياً من أركان بناء المجتمع والدولة المعاصرة في كافة المجالات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والثقافية كونها تقوم بعملية ديناميكية مستمرة في تلك المجالات وتعمل على الحفاظ عليها وتطويرها وليست مرتبطة بزمان أو مكان أو جيل معين فهي المحرك الرئيس في كل مجالات التنمية الشاملة بل إن الحكومة تعوّل عليها المساعدة في رسم وتخطيط الاستراتيجيات المستقبلية من خلال توظيف كوادرها في هذا المجال فضلاً عن إعداد الكوادر الشبابية القادرة على تحمل مسؤولية تنفيذ برامج التنمية بعد تخرجها كما تشارك في تزويد القطاعين العام والخاص بطاقات بشرية جديدة مؤهلة تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل ودفع عجلة التنمية، يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة دور جامعة ذمار في جذب الطلاب من مختلف المحافظات اليمنية بحسب التخصصات ومساهمتها في رفد سوق العمل بالكفاءات المتنوعة سعياً منها في تلبية حاجة سوق العمل لما يخدم عملية التنمية الشاملة بشكل عام ومحاولة تشخيص دور الجامعة في عملية الإعداد وتوفير رغبات واحتياجات الطلبة وبما يتفق مع رسالتها وأهدافها المرسومة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على الأساليب الإحصائية المتنوعة مستخدماً استمارة استبيان التي ساعدت على توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تعد جامعة ذمار رأس الهرم التعليمي في محافظة ذمار والتي تخرج منها عشرات الآلاف من الطلبة منذ إنشائها في مختلف التخصصات العلمية والنظرية إلا أن الجامعة توقفت عن النمو والتطور ولم تواصل توفير رغبات الطلاب عند التسجيل في التخصصات ولم تبذل الجهد الكافي لتطوير مناهجها وتحسين مخرجاتها وبما يتناسب مع قدراتهم واتجاهاتهم وإنما اكتفت بما هو متاح فقط.

The university is an essential pillar of building society and the contemporary state in all social, economic and cultural fields, as it carries out a continuous dynamic process in these fields and works to preserve and develop them. It is not linked to a specific time, place or generation. It is the main engine in all areas of comprehensive development. Assistance in drawing and planning future strategies by employing its cadres in this field, as well as preparing youth cadres who are able to take responsibility for implementing development programs after their graduation. It also participates in providing the public and private sectors with new qualified human resources that meet the needs of the labor market and advance development, This research aims to know the role of Dhamar University in attracting students from different Yemeni governorates according to specializations and its contribution to supplying the labor market with various competencies in an effort to meet the need of the labor market to serve the comprehensive development process in general and try to diagnose the role of the university in the preparation process and provide the desires and needs of students in accordance with With its mission and set objectives, the analytical descriptive approach was used, which relies on various statistical methods, using a questionnaire form, which helped the research to reach several results, the most important of which: Dhamar University is the head of the educational pyramid in Dhamar Governorate, from which tens of thousands of students have graduated since its establishment in various scientific and theoretical disciplines. their abilities and attitudes, but contented themselves with what is available only.
